The Victorian Virtual Learning Network (VVLN) is an initiative of Bendigo Senior Secondary College to develop innovative, interactive, instructional online VCE subjects designed to be delivered online to secondary school students across Victoria.
Over the past decade, VVLN has successfully delivered VCE subjects online to more than 2200 students in 130 schools providing opportunities for students to access VCE subjects not available at their home school and schools to maximise financial and teaching resources to improve opportunities for all students.
The VVLN utilizes the expertise and experience of staff from Bendigo Senior Secondary College, Victoria’s largest provider of senior school curriculum. The VVLN incorporates a number of features to ensure students receive the instruction, support and feedback essential to their successful completion of the VCE subject.
The VVLN provides opportunities for:
- Students to access VCE subjects which may not be available at their own school.
- Schools to maximize financial and teaching resources to improve opportunities for all students
- Teachers to contribute to the development of 21st century digital content aligned with standards based curriculum.
